I offer affordable, trauma-informed art therapy rooted in a holistic view. I can help you rediscover yourself, beyond being a daughter, sister, friend, mother, partner or caregiver. My lived wellness journey means I walk alongside you with empathy and flexibility.

I guide women and non-binary individuals, online across Canada through depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, identity shifts, childhood wounds and more.

Style

You’ll find I show up as a real person, genuine, grounded, and down-to-earth. I can match your tone if that feels supportive, always with care and respect. My work is trauma-informed, meaning I prioritize emotional safety, choice, and collaboration in everything we do.

We work at a pace that supports regulation, clarity, and emotional processing rather than pressure or performance. Sessions meet you where you are at, while also including gentle structure to keep it focused on your goals.
