I can help you rediscover yourself, beyond being a daughter, sister, friend, mother, partner or caregiver. My lived wellness journey means I walk alongside you with empathy and flexibility.
I guide women, online across Canada through depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, identity shifts, childhood wounds and more.

You’ll find I show up as a real person, genuine, grounded, and down-to-earth. I can match your tone if that feels supportive, always with care and respect. My work is trauma-informed, meaning I prioritize emotional safety, choice, and collaboration in everything we do.
We work at a pace that supports regulation, clarity, and emotional processing rather than pressure or performance. Sessions meet you where you are at, while also including gentle structure to keep it focused on your goals.

I have been practicing since 2017, and working as a Professional Art Therapist at my private practice since 2021. I have worked with adult women at the Vacouver Art Therapy Institute Clinic and interned with Moving Forward Family Servicesand worked with women in addiction recovery. I have also worked with children in a school setting, with people who have disabilities at The Broadway Group in Vancouver, provided group outdoor Art Therapy sessions for adults via the Northeast Mental Health Team, and co-facilitated a men’s addictions group at Together We Can.

I am dedicated to making therapy accessible and affordable for everyone. To make this possible, I keep my session prices lower than average and offer a sliding scale for those who need flexibility. I understand how busy and overwhelming life can be. That’s why I offer online sessions in the evenings and Saturdays.
